At Vennela Silk Sarees, we take utmost care to ensure that every saree is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. As our products include premium silk and handloom sarees, all purchases made through our website are considered final.
No Return & No Refund Policy
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been confirmed and shipped.
- Sarees cannot be returned due to:
- Change of mind
- Color preference differences caused by screen/display settings
- Personal dislikes after delivery
- Delayed decisions after receiving the product
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only considered in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in damaged condition
- Manufacturing defect found at the time of opening
Important Conditions for Exchange Requests
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide:
- Order ID
- Clear unboxing video
- Photos showing the issue
- The product must remain:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Untampered
- With original packaging and tags intact
Handloom & Silk Product Disclaimer
Most of our sarees are handcrafted and handwoven. Minor irregularities in weaving, zari, texture, or color are natural characteristics of authentic handloom and silk products and should not be considered defects.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
